    Saw a social media clip of Wayne Hawkes talking to Gareth Hall re Berry and obvious saying Berry was squeaky clean.
    But also saying that jockeys should be allowed to back the horse they are riding to win or each way but not to lose like you can do on Betfair.
    That would open up a can of worms for sure I reckon.

    Wasn't that trialled in New Zealand? As far as I recall it lasted a couple of months because when a favourite got rolled the jockey was accused of not backing it.

    Berry got away more lightly than an anorexic, 

    Remind me again what did Munce get in Singapore... 30 months in jail He also got away lightly. Has since been under various charges as a trainer in Oz.

    I tell you got off light - the precious WA Golden boy Damien Oliver - had 10k on another horse in a race he was riding in - and they didnt even fine him - and he chose a very interesting middleman to put the bet on for him - Robbie Smerdon - fair blooody dinkum

    Agree with your Berry comment..nothing in it really except if gives narcs ammunition I suppose "if he does that what else does he do blah blah"...

    Re Ollie i'm lost at your comment though, didn't he cop a year or more suspension???
