Have saddle will travel.

West Australian Racing
I see where Esperance based jockey MICHELLE HAGLEY is riding in Darwin on Saturday.
Hope she gets a return for the effort. Some Perth jockeys won't even drive to York.

The best 'have travel will saddle' over recent years has to be Kevin Forrester. The only state he hasn't ridden in is in the USA

Kevin would be late 50s only I would imagine, he has certainly travelled though, my guess is if he had walked the miles he has driven or flown he would have worn out Imelda Marcos' shoe cabinet

His new motto is 'have dog, will travel'.

I noted that a Kevin Forrester had runners in the first and last at Albion dogs last night. Has to be the jock?

I got a feeling your time line may be out a bit Falc ? I'd say it was the 90's when Kevin was riding here, but I am happy to be corrected if I'm wrong
