    Usually around midday Tuesday for Wednesday meetings and midday Thursday for Saturday meetings. Sportsbet first and then everyone after them since they are too lazy to do their own markets and just copy :-q

    What's your opinion of the attendance on course for that day Damo? From what I can see there's only one person in the grandstand... Terrible if you ask me

    I spoke to the security guard and he said that they hoped I would wear something a little more 1956 or thereabouts. It's hardly like I could have offended too many people.

    In respect to the crowd comment, I'm sure that is firmly tongue in cheek, but it was a thrill to hear the roar of the crowd. Well I think it was a roar, perhaps it was a vulture on the roof ?

    Perth Racing's Instagram feed made an interesting comment today. They said that Carocapo was beautifully bred and welcome to Saturday grade ? So what makes a well bred horse in their opinion, because he wasn't really a contested sale when offered as a yearling. Outside of a couple of Trainers who threw in bids, just like Magnifisio at $80,000, subsequent racing ability doesn't make them well bred. A lot of well bred horses fail. A lot of expensive horses also fail. What irks me is that comments like this usually follow Interstate bred horses and are not supportive of the local Industry which Perth Racing should really be promoting. If have this all wrong though, then let them nominate from the upcoming sales in February, their picks based on breeding, type and conformation. Maybe they will win a free canvas from the competition I run on here ??
