R1: No4 Bondi Bay just has Pile horse written all over it, surely should be an even money chance.

R2: No bet race, i'd like to be on Ginni but can't catch Luke Campbell and there is a chance of aome hot pressure with some in this race.

R3: No3 Captain Pluto. If it shows up 80% of last run should win soft again - second up last start was a fine run so should be no second up syndrome.

R4: No3 Indie Ruler something small EW, fave is crazy short.

R5: As far as staying races in WA go this is a pretty good one with some opposing form lines. Maybe something EW No5 Candlelight Supper if the early races have been kind.

R6: Small spec Shooting Spirit, mainly the place. Learn a bit about a few here.

R7: No6 Brave Strike. Going to have a good go EW here, always been a fan of this horse having run in some far stronger races than this, real eye catcher last start - happy to give him a good push to topple Pike.

R8: Havent been with Triple Jay so can't start now.

R9: No2 Snazzler is auch a Lucy horse, ahe actually got ot to ping the other day. I think she jumps it well, left indicator on and will get a spot close then present at the right time and it will be there when the whps are cracking.

    Good luck all.

Thanks for jumping on board with those selections Gilga. Thanks also to Falcon for the John Allen info and good to see you back in the race Falcon after that severe check in running.

    Okay now some selections.

R5 Xtrarevs is a best bet
    R6 Enchanting Sound each way
R7 Without Reg. May have selected this a start early last time. Big chance today.
R8 Camorra the ex Eastern States galloper each way at long odds

Stewards X feed (Twitter) an hour ago track downgrade to Hvy 9. Didn't anyone think it might be useful to tweet that the meeting is off?
     They just tweeted it!

weak as pyss..belmont used to be the best wet weather track in oz. whats gone wrong?

Pathetic. Hardly any rain and the tractor gets bogged. **** poor.
Falcon is right, once the best wet weather track in Australia. Now it is just a run down, hopeless winter track.
It was always on the cards though, W.A folk don't like wet weather and with the awards night, best to have an early day.

The awards night use to be one of the best nights, fir Owners, trainers, breeders and jockeys, but since its changed hands whoever is organising it now its one of the poorest advertised nights, use to be run by Waroa, nothing now for the ones who put a lot.of money into racing pitifull.

WAROA always had a magnificent night. The owners night was fantastic. These days those in power couldn't care less.

They need the money for endless fashions on the filed events and choppering around the rwwa hangers on in the marketing dept. Fark the owners and owners events.
