Sam Mitchell's missus wanted to head back to Melbourne if memory serves me right?
Many say he was the brains behind that flag win!

I don't think JC could help them under the present circumstances.

At what stage are they going to start playing touch footy???

The game is getting harder and harder to watch with the current rules. A player grabs an arm so that the ball can’t be handballed or kicked. No whistle so the tackler brings the player to the ground and it’s a few kick to the tackled bloke for a dangerous tackle!!! WTF is the tackler meant to do?

If it’s deemed a dangerous tackle if bought to the ground, then why don’t the umpires pay a free when the tackle is put on!?!?!

    Bunch of pussies

Sydney kicked a goal to put themselves 4 goals in front with 4 mins to go in a low scoring game.
Carlton then send Patrick Cripps back on to the field after he came off injured and in some pain.
    Why ???

but why didn't Patrick say something along the lines of "eff off i've just come off injured...get some other dude"

Because captains don’t do that. They do their best to lead by example. That’s why they have the job in the first place.

I tipped WC to knock off Carlton 4/5 weeks ago and copped a heap of criticism.
Well f&$k me dead how many games have Carlton won since. Big fat zero.
Just didn’t think WC would be as bad as they were.
Voss is all words and a front runner.

Captain no good to you sitting on the sidelines in the next game because he wanted to play in an unwinnable game with 4 mins to go.

You best read the post again Deto. I didnt say that he wanted to go back on again with 4 minutes to go. But if he was told to go back on again with 4 minutes to go you reckon he would have remonstrated with the coaching panel and as captain said no.. I dont think so as i said thats what captains do lead by example. How do you reckon the rest of the team would have viewed it ?

Never known a season like this one - re the huge/wild flucuations in betting odds futures

Pretty sure 4 weeks black when things were looking very bleak for Freo - TAB.Com had them at $7 to make the 8 - that has now been wound right in to $1.95

Around the same time i did mention that i thought Carlton at $2.85 to miss the top 8 was a great price - Blues are now $1.14 to miss the  top 8

Cripps has had an ordinary season by his standards and had his pants pulled down by Heaney on the night. Cripps had 116mins to put his stamp on the game so leading by example ???? Giving himself a chance to play the following week instead of doing further damage in a game that was lost should have been his priority. Voss if he had some balls should have shut him down. Let’s see if Cripps plays this week.

You have taken what I said about leading by example totally out of context. Got fcuck all to do with his game time and contribution on the night. Got a lot to do with the way the rest of the team would have viewed him telling the coach and coaching staff that he wasn’t going back out there after being directed to do so. So the players tell the coach what is going to happen now do they?

I reckon Cripps has got a few credits in the bank. Reckon Mckay and co need to look at themselves rather than their captain or coach.

Not stirring everyone up probably is more appropriate. Lol
Mr nice guy Dom Sheed didn’t miss Jordan DeGoey when interviewed on 6PR after the game.
Said Jordan should be suspended for 1 to 2 MONTHS for his hit on Hewitt.
Players code gone out the window obviously. WHACK !!!!

Deto you would have been chuffed to see Fyfe sign on again after you declared him gone to greener pastures about three years ago.

Lots of scribes have raised their eyebrows at a new 2 year deal.
His body is a ticking time bomb. Good luck with that Dickers.

Some truth in that Deto but that wasn't the point you were convinced that he would desert the Dockers years ago.

Yes I did Chariots. Maybe I got that one wrong.
But pleased to see you take great interests in my posts which is an acknowledgment of my credibility.

The sad part of De goers hit on Hewitt. Was the fact that how many Eagles players remonstrated with him after it
