    TVN 2.0

    So I guess this means Ascot Saturday will get all 8 races live on 521?  Oh yeah, that's right, it only serves the east coast!

    Who cares end of the day we just want live vision of the races turn sound off no need for the bells n whistles

    Great service from Sky1 on Adelaide Cup Day.

    There was a photo finish in the Adelaide Cup a Group 2 Race. There was a pimple in it. Instead of hanging around until the result of the photo was known, they crossed to a dog race at Bathurst.


    Why not move it across to Sky 2 which, I for one, refuse to pay for. That would have made sense as the holdings on the Adelaide Cup would have been 100 times bigger than the hold at Bathurst. 

    Just nonsensical by Sky but typical of what we can expect from now on.

    I would personally like to thank Peter Vlandys for fking up my enjoyment of watching racing from home by seeing to the demise of TVN.

    On Adelaide Cup Day channel 521 was already free so why complain about what happened on 519?

    Not sure what you mean, Tony. 

    Sky 2 is Channel 520. I know that you could have watched the Cup on 521, but there was no warning, or even a suggestion from the garden gnome in the studio to switch over to channel 521 for the result.

    Richard freedman did a nice were not gloating but we really are speech on retro he needs to watch his back Jason Richardson knocking at the door for a sky anchor role

    Got a job now with Channel 7 so don't know if he's going to Sky, PunterP

    My mate tells me that Clarke and Callender cracked the shiites with TVN. Not very happy with the way it ended.

    You will note that neither got a gig on Racing.Com website.

    I also believe that Dean Pettit has gone into hospital to have the pen that was grafted onto his right hand, surgically removed. :D

    @bookielover- you forgot to add that they pushed race 8 at HK last sunday onto Sky World in favour of one from Alice Springs. Yep, Alice Springs! Over on Sky 2 a Wagga harness race field was just milling at the start. So those like me that were watching(and betting) online got no vision, no replay. Sky World is available online now, just as they are switching to the new boutique channel. So I got Sky World for a week-a whole week!

    Jason Richardson reveals his ignorance every time he opens his mouth. He's an arse kisser and it has served him well so far.

    haven't bet today but just flicked over from million dollar minute to channel 521, and guess whose there, good old Jason Richardson, and the man with the whingy whiny voice, David Gately. And Terry Bailey was calling the races.

    If I didn't know better, I would have thought that TVN was back

    Just cause the competition is gone, doesn't mean you let good talent go too - Richardson does a good job for the sport!  Most of the other TVNer's, I don't care too much for!

    The way BZ is tipping of late, he can come over too!

    I actually thought the new SKY Channel was for Ascot racing only. That way Ascot can run as late as they want and it won't interfere with anyone else.

    Sky Thoroughbred Central will also be available on both Sky Racing and TAB’s digital channels in coming weeks.

    It is now available on Sky's website don't know about tabtouch.

    However still no digital rights for Victorian racing.
