meeres asked to see the photo, so he must have been happy?
unless he was not happy, and they choose not to inform the public via their report that he wasn't.
actually they should include the mirror image, and that would make is easier to see, but would also make it easier to see if the alignment is incorrect.

DH surely ?
it would be fine if you KNEW the camera alignment was spot on, but i have seen enough of wa to KNOW that is often not the case.

yes.
i'm not sure, but reckon that periodically they would have to recalibrate or whatever it is they do.
i would be interested to know who makes sure it is right, and if they can prove it is right?
one thing i am sure of, is that more often than not, when you can see the
mirror image of a horse's nose, it does not line up with the other
image.
i admit i am not positve if i am correct, but at the same time
can't see how it can be wrong,...if the alignment was right then a line drawn through the image and its mirror image should be perfectly straight and at right angles to the horizontal.

so looking at that and seeing that the lines are straight and 90 degrees to the horizontal, then i would doubt that wa can say with certainty that they have alignment spot on always.
and that's the reason i don't believe they should cut it too fine.
they need a margin of error.
