V is for Victory and the vees may fight it out. Voleuse De Coeurs to nose out Verema (always looks like it is bolting in the run in races I've watched). Would love to see Simenon win but doubt there will be enough speed on to assist but I'll pick it for third. Two roughies are Tres Blue and Masked Marvel

Quite a few other chances in the most even cup field ever.

    Good punting fellow forum members.

Not the easiest of days at Ascot, but in the spirit of Melb Cup day I had a crack at every race in the preview

Like slip, I would love to see Simenon win - but after looking at the form, I really like Brown Panther, Royal Empire and Fiorente

If you can pick one and get it up, you're a genius.

8 x 8 x 18 x 18 quartet lotto ticket for me. Eight are Sea Moon, Fiorente, Dandino, Seville, Royal Empire, Voluese de Coeurs, Verema and Fawkner.

Can almost guarantee it will pay more than $15K. Last year Kelinni/Mt Athos cost me 3% ... L-)
  • Verema  get the feeling this horse could be a bit special but they have to travel and put up with the wall of noise see tomorrow great race but prehaps the best ever field.

Last year the first four paid 950k, so well worth going wide and trying to snag a big result!

Not really had that much of an interest this year, but Voleuse de Coeurs looks outstanding on her recent form at The Curragh. Ordinary barrier draw though if that makes any difference. He needs the pace pretty hot but he will run out this distance a lot stronger than the majority of the field.

    Trifecta 17 from 6,10, & 22
