What are peoples thoughts on the Mitchell Pateman suspension yesterday.

To me it looked like a senior jockey trying to get one over an apprentice and the apprentice was saying Fark you and fighting back.

I can't believe Pateman was given full blame by Stewards for the incident while Knuckey got off scott free.

Thought the exact same thing .. Was a good ride by the kid . He didn't cause any interference and gets 15 days for it ..

Agree too. Thought Knuckey was in trouble for sure.
  • If Knuckey is one off the fence then Pateman has no right to the same position, He can try and force the other in, so long as there is no interference then no problem, if there is interference then the rider doing the forcing has the problem

Piston we all know that sometimes the outside horse is used as a very good tactical move to drop the one on the inside, thought you were a bit brighter than that!

Oh of course, the conspiracy theory... aren't they rife in racing.

Snipes whether it's considered a tactical move or not, its still ( when policed correctly) not allowed, the reason riders get away with it is only because the stewards allow it, obviously your not as bright as I give u credit for
