    Good call.
    Sooner footy is back the better.
    Cricket has been pathetic.
    Far too much of it and it has become saturated and rather insignificant.
    Players are in it for the money and the emblem of the kangaroo and emu is secondary.
    Win or lose they all get paid, do a few ads and get more money. :roll:

    Anyway just my take, cricket overload in the last few years has bored me with it.

    Footy has 6 months off so you wait for it with anticipation.
    Even as a West Coast supporter!!

    This Victorian side is unreal, Finch hits them as clean as anyone in the country. Just makes me think how much of a joke it is Michael Clarke is keeping guys like him out of the National T20 side!

    Yeah he is good

    I backed Hidge at $3.90 and Finch $4.30 for top scorer - was never in danger

    I didnt expect him to be in the world cup squad but he should be in serious consideration for 20/20 and at 24 is a good age to hopefully keep improving.

    And while we are on 20/20s out Clarke and White should captain.

    Clarke should be concentrating on the other two forms because to play 20/20 he has to seriously alter his game and that may be having an effect on his overall batting performance/technique.

    Clarke and Ponting didnt play IPL so they could concentrate on Test cricket - looks likes its really helped them :roll:

    I've said it for ages - there's probably only one or two guys who should be playing all forms.
    Haddin definately (although Paine knocking for T20) and possibly Watson

    Forgot to post this classic commentary from last nights match

    Describing the ultra long and fast run up of POLLARD and the sometimes less than 100km deliveries that followed

    "POLLARD runs in like Michael Holding but lets them go like Roger Harper" :P :P :P

    I think it was Greg Blewett who said it - just brilliant
