How did Pike get that thing home in the last??? We were all on heavily and cheering the house down after the last.

Another thing about the last, never easy to get, and all relative to number of winning tickets etc, but the trifecta dividend of over 1k and first four over 9k seemed to be exceptionally good dividends.

Pikey winning on the 2/1 fave as well. You'd be over the moon with the novelties.

Will shout it from the rooftop too, been watching them since knee high to a grasshopper and he's one of the best Australia wide Chris Parnham.

They all make mistakes, some just make them less than others. Even punters make mistakes - nah never, no it's true ha ha.

@Ridersonthestorm33 Can Pike give Parham a 40 win lead in the premiership and still run him down?  :-?

@paraletic Well we found out what he could or couldn't do ridden forward off a faster tempo-last 600m 35.05. IG gave him a start and a thumping.

Absolutely she did. She beat him fair and square by a length. Do you reckon if you're within a length you're in the ball park? Remember, at no time did I suggest he would beat her home, only that he was worthy of being in the conversation. In hindsight I think that was an accurate statement.

@trk not even i could stop Chris Parnham from winning the jockeys premiership. Pikey was a short $1.11 in the Jockey challenge yesterday and won it, with Parnham going toe to toe with him all day.

The only time was fuming at CP was when rolled on Superstorm in a Bunbury maiden, goodness gracious. Should've won by 6!

Two biggest certs beaten all year - Superstorm at Bunbury and Media Barron in the Esperance Cup.

He was 5-6 lengths clear of her in the home straight with that 5kg weight pull you spoke of. She gave him a cold. The Railway was the superior race based on the times. No 3yo winner of the KT since '10 had finished worse than 1st or 2nd in the Champion fillies/Guineas. Dom To Shoot finished 3rd in the Guineas. Done and done.

Keep knocking over your straw men TRK if it makes you feel better.

I'm not saying DTS will beat IG.

Well he definitely ain't a chance of winning the race if he can't beat one of the horses actually in said race. The sectional data supported that BEFORE the race, you disagreed. Pre race tipping ain't your thing. 8-|

I've never seen anyone so cocky after tipping a short priced favourite that was soundly beaten.

You're all over the place, Mickey-I didn't tip anything in that race. I said the mare was too short just as I said Trekking was last week. I still would have backed both at the right price tho.
