Eagles very impressive and Collingwood played a very defensive game of football.

Nathan Buckley looked devoid of answers in the coaches box towards the end.

The frustration of reality got hold of the lad...Dumb, dumb, dumb, Dusty!!! Tigers as a group looked very tired and very slow

    Good game.

After quarter time the weagles just found a way to score regularly....Colliwobbles struggled to make something happen...Don't think either coach would be too excited or too disappointed

    Maybe that is Collingwood's problem.
Too many games at the "G". Get too comfortable playing at the same venue.
Maybe the experience of playing at other venues helps players grow and learn to win under adverse conditions.
Coaches talk about players development all the time. Maybe a plane trip to Alice Springs or Hobart might assist their development and or team bonding. Not sure walking across the road from the Westpac centre every week has the same effect.

Collingwood played the same game they played against Richmond.
Except this time they were playing a far superior team in all facets of the game.
Watching Buckley in the box I believe he realises he can't beat West Coast. Plain and simple.

Now I would not believe Skids absence this morning. Is it ,maybe he can't bring himself to comment on the team the uneducated support having the edge obviously over the colliewobbles

Gee considering they have the Derby next week Fremantle can't afford any injuries today.
Particularly to their "gun" players like Lachie Neale. :))

    Phuck me!!!.
Once more i will say it and thats all, Collingwood DO NOT make the fixtures. The AFL dictates who will play who and where.
I dont gve a phluck where we play, yes it would be good to go to Alice Springs or New Zealand, what does it matter.
Collingwood draws the crowds and that puts the $$£ in the AFL pockets and thats what its all about.
If the Wegirls packed the MCG then they would play there every second week.

The Melbourne Media have made Mason Cox out to be unbeatable.

Seven possessions yesterday, 3 marks and one contested.

You want to start learning about beating the top team at your home ground first, before going to the Alice or Nz

I get the feeling he also believes what the Vic media are lauding about him.
Has a bit to much swagger for essentially a good ordinary player!!

Only adverse comment i have about the game is the continual booing by the Collingwood fans... Bizzarre when so much 5hit is written on here about how bad the weagles home crowd is....

And Booing Sheed!?!?!!?!? WTF is that about?

You may have to ask Skids about that one Rio. According to him it's only the uneducated who boo

I didn't mind the booing of Sheed. I thought at the time it was almost recognition of how he broke their hearts.
But I agree when it comes to booing that the Eagles apparently are the only team in the league that does it. Gaff will cop it next week from the Freo home crowd. I can live with that too considering what he did.
But don't dare boo the great man Nic Nat when he returns. :-&

Wonder what someone said o flying Ryan about 15 minute mark of the last quarter, as he was lining up for goal in the pocket. People in the front row had a giggle even flyin Ryan quickly looked and grinned

Can't let a week go by without another "Ross the Boss" jibe.
Just quoting "Ross the Boss" from the back page of todays West.
On the Fyfe clash he quotes "I saw it unfolding, but I knew it would be unflinching"
On the Hogan Brown incident where Brown had to leave the field and Hogan facing potential scrutiny "Ross the Boss " said " I didn't see anything ". WTF Haha
Selective viewing Rossco ?? More spin ?
