Cheers, made a nice little collect from him.

Max Dynamite ruined me collecting 6% of the FF. I had him leading and thought he would get pressured out of it.

I did, but only got a lousy 1% - but the bet only cost me $14.40 - so all good.

First proper collect on a cup in a number of years!

the cup turns people nuts..a mate was helping out at the dog swamp TAB and a bloke had $100 on every runner, then came back and had the same bet but excluding horses 1 & 2...
what would possess u to have such a stupid bet?

People who don’t understand math or horse racing falc.

Rekindling paid 17.1 on tote (assuming he didn’t select fixed) so by my calculations that guy’s stupidity cost him $980.

Maybe he ran some sort of sweep type competition on where every person who draws a horse has $100 win bet as their prize.
Or maybe he likes to flash the winning ticket to brag how he backed the winner ?

My Mum picked the tri, in order.

She filled in 5 tickets; 5 x 5 on the first 3 horses, boxed them for the quinella for 340% and a full divvy on the tri.... all collects, just a tad over $3.5k.
Her biggest collect in a long time. Go Mum!

My Dad just had his biggest win ever on the Melbourne Cup. He wanted to share his winnings with all and sundry. Emotional for me. Rio knows where I am at here.
