After a difficult week of racing, the Raceday results has led qualification of some lowly ranked runners in the Group 1 events - including the 129th ranked bondiroosters

The top 16 performed competitors of March 22nd instantly qualified for the two upcoming Group 1 races, whilst your rank on the ladder determined your qualification for all other spots in the four races.

Final fields are below. In the event a competitor does not tip, they will still keep their spot in their race.

    Group 3 an I'm 55th lol wow I thought I'd be in a Burke maiden

    Not sure I understand the rankings but get last sat was Hail Mary for some who got In the group one

    If anybody did not make the group races an your a regular tipper I suggest macramé on a sat could be your go

    at the trots last Saturday in ????.....Somewhere on the east coast...they had heats in race 3 and 4 for a final in race 9 on the same night for the first 5 place getters..Quaddie on race 5.6.7.8.

    Novel idea, could we ever do that with the thoroughbreds??? Race 1 and 2 as the heat, race 9 the final and quaddie on 5.6.7.8??

    What got me was the final (worth $300,000) was a group 1 but the heats at 50,000 were also classified as group 1

    Good luck to all those in the Punta Group 1 Cup today.

    Bit of a worry that i know half the field but with my tipping i wasn't even close to gettign into the group 3 consultation..perhaps when around these people should invoke the old 2 ears, 1 mouth theory!!!!

    EDIT: I found myself. In a race of 40...TAB computers will be having a meltdown. They can't do more than 24.

    Competition just got alot tougher.

    Use to race in a field of 8 for prizemoney, now need to race in a field of 40 for the same prize money.
