" In all of the circumstances, Stewards were not entirely satisfied that Jockey W Pike had ridden carelessly and that a charge could be sustained and no further action was taken apart from strongly reminding him to ensure he always has sufficient room prior to allowing his mounts to improve between other runners in similar circumstances in future."  No warning or even a reprimand?

Yet McGruddy got 12 days for the Mr Utopia incident in the same day. Amazing

Jockey Smith was strongly cautioned and was told to exercise more care in similar 

circumstances or further action may be taken against him.

Cant believe that. He could have caused much worse carnage than he did and doesn't get a reprimand at least.
C'mon stewards you are not discouraging dangerous riding tactics at all.
