The Northam Race Club will highlight it's Ladies Day Cup on Sunday, a sprint worth $50,000 to be run over 1300m.

Cool Corona and Undercover Lizzy look to be the two fighting out the finish, with Rubitawny returning off a decent trial after losing all form last preparation.

Monday racing is mostly comprised of maidens with no feature on the card.

There will be no previews for Northam this weekend as both of our form guru's Greg Hooper and Gary Wright are taking well deserved breaks this long weekend.

those who criticize tend to forget that we all go thru purple patches and then stints of poor form.
Wes is an old hand, Im sure he can cop a bit of criticism.

Someone said to me 'but wes gets paid to give tips'. Well im sure his job entails a whole lot more than just tipping horses. Those who think he watches a few replays, throws out some tips and he's on easy street, probably need to take a check on reality.

Wes Cameron is a dead set ledgend , he tipped a trifecta over the weekend which paid around 300 and I have collected quite a bit from some of his suggestions and some at rather large odds , i think the tipping part would only account for about 2 percent of his job and those who criticise should maybe try and work shit out for themselves or maybe just not punt alltogether
