I won't be able to look at Shane (Penguin) now without supressing a laugh.

Penguin's name is Sean, but yes that would be some humour hearing his demented views on the local meetings.
Would do it for a few crumbs too

    Sean/Shane....
    A few crumbs.....and a can of coke.
I wonder what that paid that patto lunatic? Hope there is a money back guarantee..

A few of you have certainly got angst in your pants over Patto. I haven't watched it yet bit I will now to find out what the fuss is about.
  • slipatiptomeslipatiptome    3,351 posts
    Now I understand why?

Patto is woeful. How did he get a following over East? Amateurish doesn't even start to describe it. Even if you look at it with a sense of humour perspective it is still awful.

I certainly encourage trying out new ideas on the site but I'm not a proponent for Patto .

I said nothing! he is giving his tips for Saturday.
"are you sure there is nothing wrong him" he replied
I don't think so I said, he is just acting the goat, Why?
Coz he has a newspaper on his dart board and that's wierd

Hope you haven't got him on a 6 month contract...

Josh just phoned, sent his regards. He hasn't even been bothered to see him...even in Vic.

    GROUP 1 CLOWN...

Watched the first half....cant bear to give wankers like that any more of my prveoius time sorry lads!

I would not go to hard on him guys.
I have met thousands of Punting Pattos in the TABs and at the track.
Same eye movements, over excited enthusiasim, the lot.
Just a perosna based on a stereotypical punting fanatic.
    Just an excitable boy..

wanker is a bit harsh.....not sure why you hate him...you've never met him.

Someone who throws an animal on a fire, or hits a woman is a wanker. Someone who is over excited about tipping shouldn't be classed the same way.
Once again, you have a choice on watching or listening to whatever you want. By taking away choice, you live under a dictatorial regime.

Haha!! Cmon Diva, this bloke is a muppet.... good on him for getting some notoriety for being an idiot though!

Cant see much value that he adds or provides to the market? Maybe a bit of fun if you can stand watching a bloke dribble his way through a 2min video!
  • thefalconthefalcon    20,485 posts
  Come on, TP, our pal punting paddo is hardly a "Tall Poppy". More like a weed...

Thought I'd have a gander at what all the commotion was about ....... and dear me, what a goon! He certainly is a full blown egg but if you don't like him don't watch him. Simple.

Having said that, anyone else want to sign a petition for this dill to take over from D-Mac as the voice of Perth races?

This bloke has no following on the eastern seaboard of Australia by serious punters. How did he get the gig on this forum ?

    Lets Elope wrote..
"Anyone remember Mad Mark tearing up 50 and 100 dollar notes not this plastic crap either, the old grey ghosts while ranting and raving at the track and in the old casino room at Ascot that was entertainment."

Sure I do, but not in WA but over here in Victoria.Mark was not really a bad bloke was/is highly emotional although he did get mixed up with a few racists in WA and serving time ( 18 months ) at the taxpayer's expense. Last I heard of him he was working as a cleaner at the Sydney airport, and that was about 10 years ago
