With a bit of confidence back in her system and a consistent career record boasting 4 wins and 5 minors from just 17 starts I think she is a very handy investment in the Get Out Stakes at $11 eachway. She should position up perfectly from barrier 6 for CJP and carries only 56kg. $3.50 is a juicy place price for a galloper who has finished in the money at more than 50% of her starts. Throwing up Singing Skies at around $21 as a blowout hope to the quaddie. Beaten a combined 48 lengths at her past 3 it's easy to overlook her but drawn perfectly in barrier 2 for Joey Azzopardi, this mare did beat some handy types in Saturday grade last preparation and can improve sharply in a lacklustre event. Tarquinn Shadow must be respected for the potent combination of Brett Pope and Lucy Warwick who is a certainty to win Fashions on the Field surely?! Just a Cheeky Quaddie: 2,3,7,9,10,14 / 8 / 1 / 1,2,3,7,8,9,12 - $21 = 50%

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
