Blue Palace to make it three in a row here
Blue Palace looked to be in a bit of trouble approaching the home turn last week but then unleashed a powerful run in the straight to run down Chilly Reception, it was one of Pikes better rides in the end as he timed his run to perfection. Whilst he meets Chilly Reception a little worse on weights here the mile does appear to be right up his alley, and he does look the winner again this afternoon. Adam Durrant appears to have this horse right as his peak now and he looks something to bet on in the final event. Will go for Chilly Reception to finish runner up again, his last two runs he has really found form so expect another good showing from this former Victorian galloper. Vital Importance has become a Jekyll and Hyde performer, she was brilliant running down Oakhurst Flyer first up and then deplorable last start behind Brother Patrick, we know her capabilities at her best, so might pay to put her in novelty bets in this last race. Zonte is a model of consistency and another definate prospect in this last event today.
