Real Love does look the best bet on the card and we'll have to wait for the Get Out Stakes to collect. Obviously if all the leaders are winning then she's vulnerable but if they can make ground then I think she'll be too hard to hold out. Adam Durrant - WA's best trainer combines with Willy Pike - WA's reigning champion jockey, two major boxes already ticked. She will get back in running so drawing the river isn't a major issue and 1500m second up from a spell should be right up her alley. Equally keen on Full Steam Ahead to run second, he is WA's biggest unit and if you've never seen him in the flesh do yourself a favour and have a look. He'll sit up on speed and take the entire length of the straight to reel in. Vital Importance drops back to 1500 from 2100, is rock hard fit and in career best form but another who has drawn with feet in the River. Best of luck to those punting on one of the hardest days I've seen in a while.

Interesting that he stayed off the rail majority of the race therefore not needing to shift out on the turn. This when the inside was gold all day and Delicacy absolutely hammered on betfair before jump! Hall said in the post race interview he could see the...

Pike was using the whip in his right hand just as Hall was taking what looked to be a narrow gap on the inside. If he's trying to give the stable mate room surely he wouldn't be encouraging it to roll in?

From the stewards Stewards to consider all the evidence and also to review betting records Delicacy's odds near enough halved just before the jump. Work with that stewards!

Well Pike sure wasn't looking around so if there is anything suss it certainly didn't look that way. Although as @legless suggested, the front on camera angle may reveal something else. Silverstream faded out of the race badly. I wouldn't be surprised if he hu...
