WA's premiership winning trainer combines with WA's premiership winning jockey in the last and it does look like Son of Something can send punters home with a smile on their face and a beer in their hand. Personally I'll be on track wearing a questionable maroon dress shirt, if you're on track and see a very small bloke wearing a shirt that has what seems to be a generic pattern but as you get closer reveals itself to infact have little snails on it then you've found the right guy. Buy him a beer, he's poor and always thirsty. Son of Something was excellent on his return, may have won the race with more luck and certainly lost atleast a half length rounding the corner. 1300m is right up his alley and regardless of his 0 from 2 second up record I'm happy to be aboard in the get-out stakes. Songburg is a little hard to catch but I'm fairly keen on her and Flying Time to fill the minor end of prize money. Songburg, a tiny little thing who needs luck in running and things to go her way and Flying Time who will be coming hard at the finish. Leaving out Galoubay for the first time in about 5 runs so no doubt he'll do a Gladstone and win.

Ok I'll have a crack at my quinellas as always and Im trying a new strategy, your top 2 roving bankers in the trifecta with the field. Made $1000 in the last 4 weeks on the preview so happy days
