Queen of the Palace
Blue Palace is a highly talented Durrant Mare. With W.Pike aboard in a fairly average and even line-up she stands out as the one to take us home. All aboard the Blue Palace Wagon for the Get-Out Stakes. She trialled superbly behind Silver Magic Ships who will go around as a short priced favourite in race 3. A lot of these look out of their depth and merely make up numbers whereas I genuinely believe she is going places this preparation. My biggest concern is that she was once a barrier rogue and can get a little flustered, with a decent sized ANZAC crowd she may get a bit hot prerace. Other than that I think she stands out as by far the best horse in the race and best value bet of the day. Black Magic Miss is an evergreen mare who will be hitting the line hard, she is back for Belmont but can run a drum at odds here. Red Publisher will find this a deal easier than his recents against First Among Equals and Malibu Style.
