Barrier Blessing
Again I am assuming Ye Olde takes his place over 1690 in the 7 horse field at Bunbury on Friday and is scratched on Saturday. Should Ye Olde run I would have him rated on top but still probably stick with the place bias bet on Steel Spur. Last start run was exceptional and Knuckey is probably smiling from ear to ear with a wide barrier draw. He will drift back in running behind a top end speed that contains the likes of Shalo, Rive Gauche, Gold Broker and Dabang and settle at the back, peel to the outside and let rip late with Steel Spur's ever increasing turn of foot. Keeps improving with racing and looks right up to them here. Took time for Knuckey to get off the fence from barrier 1 last start and potentially cost him a victory, gets a chance here. Low Tide is in career best form and will be looking to settle further back in the field this time while Shalo backs up after a gut buster which is a concern.

Lisa Staples knew she couldn't run a drum in that race due to the horse lathering up so much and yet decided to stuff the whold race up - She should get fined for that.

Totes amaze run was good last start. Well in at the weights and good barrier. Should finish off nicely with a solid speed up front
