Miller always wins one

Simon Miller always wins a race on big occasions. 2014 Super Saturday - Temporise & Liberty's Gem, 2015 Perth Cup Day - Puteri Jewel, 2015 Ascot Opening Day - Liberty's Gem. So going on that theory I'm more than happy to break all my punting rules and put the odds on maiden favourite on top and mark him as almost the best on the day. Debut performace he drew barrier 11 of 12 and Knuckey was forced to put the foot down like two P platers at a set of lights in Armadale. From there he was a sitting duck for W.Pike and his Cerise and White Juggernaut Celebrity Dream. From barrier 1 I think Knuckey can find the lead with relative ease and without offence this field is a bunch of battlers. If he is any good at all the son of Zizou will be winning this. Steve's Surprise is a genuine bread and butter horse. He will loom up at the top of the straight and give backers a glimmer of hope. Festive Excess is always well supported but generally softer than Jack Watts in a contest. Not much love for him here but he is the best of the remainder.

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
