Kheleva goes for four in a row today

Winning form is good form as they say, so its hard to go past Kheleva making it four on the bounce in this last race, on his current form he certainly looks up to the rise in class today. Pike can cap what could be a good afternoon by riding the last winner here for Vernon Brockman. There certainly is some depth to this field though so Kheleva will have to be at his best, but on his form this preparation he does look the one to beat. He has a good barrier and slow and dead track form to recommend him. Bippo No Bungus came home like a train in the Hannans on what is always a leader biased track, her form over this distance is almost impeccable, she looms as a big chance here also, a trip to Melbourne may still be on the cards for this mare. Wroughted may be at each way odds and could be a good each way bet, scratched from the Hannans after drawing a barrier somewhere in Kambalda, he had landed a nice alley today and can return to his best this afternoon. Sireeze returns after a Hannans victory, he wont be troubled by the 1650 metres here either, with good mile form to recommend him to carry on from that Goldfields victory, a good race to finish the small card this afternoon at Belmont.
