Belle La Vie was absolutely flying over the late stages to record an emphatic Listed victory in the Breeders Classic at Bunbury and with Harvey into the saddle and an extra 100m I think she is again the toughest to beat. Was taken by the run of Fire Born, over-raced badly when leading and went very quickly, to battle away into third spot was highly impressive and he should again find the fence here. Properantes will need some luck from barrier 1 if he ends up three or four back the rails should Fire Born cross Muskets At Dawn. Blinkers go on and he looks the other genuine winning chance.
