Tough race the Cyril Flower and it does look to be a race between 4. Watermans Bay, Black Heart Bart, Dawn Approach and Thateldo. Dawn Approach should have no trouble at all finding the fence with Cool Trade off to the paddock while Thateldo should enjoy a soft run throughout from barrier 1 and does possess an intimidating second-up record. With a nice barrier, luxury 54kg weight and natural second-up improvement I'm happy to go with Thateldo as the eachway play here. $10 is a juicy price for a horse with 14 top 3 finishes from 18 starts. Black Heart Bart is an ever improving type and should be ready to fire after a freshen up. Dawn Approach is the new kid on the block but certainly proved his worth last start with an all the way victory in the Miss Andretti. Waterman's Bay carries the grandstand lumping 62kg but ran over the top of Magnifisio after narrowly missing victory in the Group 1 Winterbottom.

Lisa Staples knew she couldn't run a drum in that race due to the horse lathering up so much and yet decided to stuff the whold race up - She should get fined for that.

Totes amaze run was good last start. Well in at the weights and good barrier. Should finish off nicely with a solid speed up front
