Common Approach is a bit of a bridesmaid and fast becoming a noted non-winner. His finishing bursts at all runs this preparation have suggested that a step up to 7 furlongs would be in his favour and I think the biggest positive will be getting down in the weights. Form alongside Prohurst Express and King Closet reads well and should be a nice eachway investment. Old November Red is now a 10 year old and remarkably not the oldest horse in the race with veteran Insurgency returning to the track for what must surely be one last preparation. November Red has taken his time to hit his straps but carrying a mere 52.5 he could turn the clock back. I knocked the Grey Enigma form last week but with Hazzabeel destroying rivals and Fitzrovia surprising me again yesterday I think I may have underestimated the form-lines. Happy to put my tail between my legs and include him here.

Ive only just realised that Senso was gelded for this start, i would have definitely over looked Chantski for him if I had known this at the time. I need to give myself a couple of uppercuts for that, cost me heaps ~X(

0.13 quicker last 3f with a 1/2 kilo more Not saying the sectionals are right by any means still a good run by an under rated mare Yeah but shortly after straightening-so the last 400m or so-Red Ora headed the other horse and Need A Lift needed just that ...

Just thought need a lift was a better effort than the winner of the last, yet not a mention of her run on here Looking at the replay of the last 600m, NAL was in front of RO but got left standing and the jock on NAL sure didn't miss it with the whip. Jerry...
