Real Love returns to the track first-up at 1400m and regardless of the fact that Adam Durrant is in Melbourne with Kia Ora Koutou who we all hope can do WA proud and win the VRC Derby, especially for a few PTT members who have chunks of $41 eachway, I think that Real Love should be too classy for these and get the job done on her way to a serious tilt at both the Railway and Kingston Town, potentially even another Perth Cup if that's the way they elect to go. As is the theme for the day, happy to label this another 2 horse race with the main, and only danger, Balmont Girl. In 2014 Balmont Girl ran third first-up in the Northerly and then won the Asian Beau second-up beating Black Heart Bart. This year she was flying late first-up over the 1400 and history says she is definitely the one to beat here. Beyond those two I think that Dawn Approach will probably be a juicy price having been knocked off by Akhedasset in a...hmmm...questionable race?!

One thing I've noticed is that Bob had left his old Ksar/Old Spice families behind, something not many would have the balls to do given how succesful they were. Apart from Disposition, I'd reckon not many of his top performers come from that lineage. Might ...

one big stable monopolising like that cannot be good for the sport. I dont know in what other industry that domination by one big player is healthy for the industry as a whole? Despite bob's dominance again yesterday, it was good to see a couple of battle...

One of the rules that Bob and others leaders in the car industry instilled into me, was that if you always do what you have always done, you will only get what you have always got. He doesn't get it always right, he is on a remarkable run of success at the mom...

Ol Peters is just killing it and I cannot see Pike riding anything else in Perth Cup. We keep backing against Peters but he is killing it Illuminated

I hope Peters' absolutely dominates for a while. Will force a purge of some of the absolute tripe that breeds here. Spot on
