Hunter & daughter too strong
The second division of the rating 58-plus handicap is no easier than the first with several winning chances, but we did black book (6) ACCRUAL after his last-start Albany 26/03 performance and we are happy to follow through here. Turned in a slashing performance at his first start for Paul Hunter and with daughter Casey's 2kg claim, there is now a 4.5kg difference between (6) ACCRUAL and main danger (1) FONZARELLI. The Justin Warwick-trained six-year-old (1) FONZARELLI doesn't win too often but he has been competing in significantly stronger events than this in recent times, and he will enjoy the drop in grade. His record at the mile is also better than it appears on paper. (4) MUSARK doesn't know how to run a bad race and should enjoy a lovely run in transit from the sweet barrier draw, and (3) TEE PEE CAT falls into the same bracket and shouldn't be left out of your First Fours.
