This is a brilliant viewing race and brings together the classiest field we have seen so far this season without any doubt at all. The usual contestants in the WA Group and Listed features plus the return of last seasons star 3 year old Delicacy victor at 10 of 14 amassing $1.4 million. Drawn perfectly in barrier 2 coming off an effortless trial victory where Pike was merely hovering in first gear the entire trip. I'll give her the nod over Black Heart Bart who simply loves Ascot and 1400m. Never finished further back than second at the track and distance so expect him to keep that perfect record in tact. Fuschia Bandana will be the sharp improver and oozes class. Probably get an inflated price about her after that last start but simply put a line through it and she's right up to her neck in this. Wink and a Nod keeps proving any doubters wrong and must be in the mix. Can't wait to get out of my Law Exam on Saturday afternoon and watch a replay...

Delicacy ran 2nd 1st up last prep to Flying Roar and then ran 3rd before going on its streak after seeing the trial i stayed clear and was on bart , when their switched on the ears go back which in the trial they were only ever up

Wow Delicacy couldn't have had a better run in transit. She's just no good fresh as the Autumn proved. At least the track isn't as leader biased as I thought. But that information is useless to me now. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????...
