William Pike and Adam Durrant combine as the deadliest partnership in the State and I think Caralabek can bounce back to winning form here after tasting defeat to Military Service last start. Caralabek was shuffled back to last rounding the corner and Pike was forced to weave a passage through traffic with the Hala Bek gelding unable to reel in Military Service and Toppa Dawozza who both had far superior runs. From a gun draw I think Pike can settle a bit closer and win this. Danny Miller engaged aboard Winning Ticket should ensure there is some pace injected at some stage and both the People's Horse, Street Bandit, and Flying Force from barriers 1 and 2 should get cosy runs up on speed. They look the dangers.
