On paper this race looks Night Prowlers' for the taking. Form around talented Peters gelding Illuminated and veteran Peter Hall into the saddle he should really be notching a fourth career victory and a third at Ascot. Beaten 1.3 by Special Delivery and less than a half length by Illuminated on two occasions in his past 4 outing this is a major drop in grade and very winnable race for him. For second I'm throwing up Saxon Saxoff at $41. I thought his last start effort when given absolutely no favours in running, 4 and 5 wide the entire trip, was outstanding and he will only improve with racing and distance. With Magic Jordan in the saddle and being allowed to stride forwards and sit outside likely leader The Conjurer he could definitely grind away into the placings at $6.50 the drum. Well worth a places ticket. Raindance Maggie loves Ascot and looks like she is almost back to her best with a win just around the corner.

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
