R5. Black Widow Handicap - 1 January 1970

Longma may be one to follow from the Simon Miller stable
An interesting addition to the Simon Miller stable is Longma, purchased recently by some good stable clients, its obviously hard to know how he will go first up in the state but we will speculate he will become a very good Saturday horse. Looking at some of the recent races he has contested would certainly suggest so, he has raced in the Gilgai at Flemington along with some good three year old races in Brisbane, he probably needs a little longer than 1200 metres but he may represent good each way value today. No doubt Black Heart Bart will start punters elect, however he is coming back in distance from that Carbine Club victory at his last start and rising in weight, I see danger signs there. Black Heart Bart has seemingly all the ability in the world but has still only won two from twelve, so maybe tread warily today with this horse. Jerry Noske retuns on the back of New Time, who blew them away here on Nov 1, he will probably try and lead here and do the same, he also ran a good race in the Carbine last start, probably racing in the best form of his long career. Ysmael won well here on Nov 15, and may have been a little unlucky last week, so the 8 next to his name isnt quite as bad as it looks. A few of these do mix their form a little making it a difficult race for punters.

Cheques come in handy when school kids have to pay for stuff. I've got no problem sending my kid into school with a cheque but cash....NO WAY. He's lost 3 lunch boxes in the last 2 weeks :))

Why not TB? Can always be done manually (just a form to fill out) or in person (show is your ID at the track).
