Winkers doing the trick

Selections

.

.

Trainer Ivan Haggerty has turned Brambas Bid around since applying the winkers to his 5 year old Trade Fair mare. Last start she was 3 wide at the rear of the field for almost the entire race and then on a leader bias track was brushing up against the outside fence when she made a late lunge at Alvares missing by a mere nose. That run was sensational off the back of a hot top end speed and with Shazlick likely to annoy the hell out of The Karnup Kid I think there will be a genuine tempo set. Happy to play here eachway at around the $6 mark. The Karnup Kid gets blinkers added to racing gear after being a bit one-paced at his previous couple. Has been on the right end of some strong market support at recent runs so expect a very bold showing from the Blackfriars gelding. Beyond those I found it incredibly hard to find one I liked. I think investing around Barambas Bid at $6 and The Karnup Kid at $5 you'll get pretty close to the winner.

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
