Track is getting wet by now
With the rain forecast over night and into Saturday morning the track should be fairly well soaked by race 4 and the two who will appreciate that the most are my bracket on top selection. Jest Envy Her and McBlitzam. Jest Envy Her is a highly consistent type who has finished inside the top 3 at her past 5 starts and at 11 of her 14 career starts. Won with ease on a Heavy rated track last start and at $9 represents very good eachway value. Finished a length behind in-form sprinter Benito which is excellent form. 4 placings from 6 starts on a dead track and 1 win from 1 start on a heavy track suggests she will safely handle a slow track. McBlitzam is a typical McFlirt, loves the wet and his chances will improve as the rain falls. 50% in the money finishes at Belmont Part and 50% in the money over 1000m, will be looking to extend his perfect 100% record on a slow track and looks hard to beat. You Will be Queen looks to have returned in top order and should enjoy a lovely run from a nice barrier draw for Warwick. Satellite City is in career best form and will be hard to hold out if the track is playing fairly.
