What a cracking race to kick off the quaddie with half the field having genuine winning chances, and exciting four-year-old (2) RUN LIAM RUN is the pick of them as he marches towards a third straight win. Couldn't have been more impressive when defeating subsequent Bunbury winner Commodoro first-up at Albany 27/11 and then he comfortably accounted for the well-regarded Quality Fair at Albany 19/12. Looks city class and should win again. (6) BINDAREE LADY returned to the Great Southern with a fighting win over Wild Ruby at Albany 26/12, her third victory from four starts this campaign. She's a ripping filly and jockey Kyra Yuill has been riding in great form in recent times. Is the logical danger. Bunbury-based trainer Graeme Evens has (4) PAINT ME GRAY humming and this mare has looked super-sharp scoring back-to-back wins in recent weeks. She can't be ruled out of calculations, and (1) FRIARFIGHTER is having his first run for his new stable and his first start in 41 days. Has won here in the past but others have a fitness edge on him.
