Class Matchup
Tipping with the class mares at the top of the page here in Need A Lift, Mendicity and Ziva Star. Ziva Star should find the fence and lead, so if the first 3 pacemakers have finished in the money then she is one to jump aboard with 4 wins at 1400m and a 75% top 3 record first-up. Need A Lift is a quality mare who grind away incredibly well under the 59kg behind talented filly Sheidel. She should be the testing material. But the one I'm tipping on top is Mendicity, second-up for new trainer Adam Durrant she boats a win and 3 minors from 5 second-up runs and with a little of that patent pending "Durrant Polish" can record her first Listed Success and first career victory beyond 1300m as she heads towards a long breeding career. Beaten 2 lengths Travinator first-up was excellent and she will relish some extra ground. Given a soft run from the inside I think she is a great eachway bet.

I could pick my nose yesterday. It bled. I'm out for 3 months. Only if you bled from both nostrils!
