Cuanzo for value

After opening the card with two shorties there is another here in Spiritual Eyes who will be looking to scorch the grass and post another start to finish victory. Has proven uncatchable when leading from start to finish at Bunbury and twice at Belmont for a combined victory margin of 9.3 lengths but this race is absolutely full of speedsters. Raczynski, Keep on Dancin' and Tre Amici drawn inside her will be pushing forwards as will Transgressor from her outside. With all that speed I'm tipping Cuanzo at around the $8 mark as a value runner in the race. His trial finishing within a neck of Watermans Bay was sensational and is a highly consistent galloper finishing in the money at 8 from 13 starts. I'm happy to put him on top with a places bias against his name. Spiritual Eyes as the biggest threat and deserving favourite, especially with Pike in the saddle and Tre Amini in for third who should get a juicy run on the fence behind the speedsters.

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
