Jim Taylor has a pair of aces in his hand going into this pot and I just think over the 1000m Rule to Wyn is the sharper of his two entrants. Rule to Wyn has to conceed 2kg to Volkoff, who should improve sharply second-up after resuming without a trial. In my opinion this race maps out perfectly for Rule to Wyn, Secret Nova and Volkoff to fight out the finish. Madassa, Shostakovich, Newmarracarra and Spiritual Eyes will be burning up the track and the main chances should be sitting just off them. Rule to Wyn looks to be the sharpest of the three over 1000m and that's the way I'll be going. Secret Nova, ridden a little quieter should extend her impecable top 2 record to 8 and Volkoff rattling down the outside.
