Jest keeps improving

Jest Envy Her has been a very profitable horse for me this preparation and I'm more than happy to stay aboard and continue our association. Drops back in grade after contesting a race that was probably a little outside her class but in saying that she had more than her fair share of market support and from some pretty smart punters too. Chloe Azzopardi is still chasing her first Metro winner and this is her chance. Has ridden Jest Envy Her to a midweek victory and no surprise to see her smiling face in the winners enclosure. Carried 57kg to victory for BamBam Forrest two starts ago so should be able to contend with the 58kg impost. With speedy types like Marmaa and Onadowntowntrain engaged she should position up just off the speed and cruise past early in the straight. Onadowntowntrain is a super speedy type and if the leaders are sneaking away, as often happens at Belmont, then he should give backers a good sight. Expecting pressure from Marmaa, whether it's with or without a rider, he will be up on speed. For third Werd's half brother, Relent to improve. Will be chasing Jest Envy Her again but has shown enough promise to suggest he will make the grade.

I would understand that comment IF OB had drawn further out than barrier 5,but barrier1 is the last thing you would instruct your rider to do!Mr M Campbell, you have alot of explaining to do!

Shame about the weather (mid to late arvo) for the meeting, but seemed like there was a pretty good crowd on hand and all seemed in good spirits - the club need one or two more of these 'days' throughout the Belmont season, as the three country specific 'days'...
