Wolfe stable holds the aces
Another decent maiden event here and the Steve Wolfe stable appears to hold the key with three winning chances, and (2) BOYS BUSINESS appears to be the best of them. Was doing his best work on the finish line when a closing third first-up at Mount Barker 5/12 and he should appreciate the increased distance here. Likely to get the run of the race from the inside barrier also. Stablemate (1) FIELD OF VISION will stretch his neck, however, and while he was beaten a fair way second-up at Albany 27/11 the run was full of merit considering the way the race unfolded. (3) GIBRALTAR ROCK was well fancied third-up at Albany 27/11 and boxed on well in the straight after chasing a hot speed in running. Stepping up beyond 1200 metres for the first time but drawn well and will carry only 55kg, and the Wolfe-trained (8) TOPPED UP GIRL ran a cracker second-up at Mount Barker 5/12 and is bred to appreciate the longer journey here.
