Harada Queen - Guineas Bound

Selections

Harada Queen looks a typical Adam Durrant type, a relatively cheap purchase at $20 000 and a genuine miler - 2200m type. The 3 year old filly went out on debut over 1400m at Bunbury and was under the pump from Azzopardi with 800 to run but once she went through her gears was really attacking the line and won easily. This race lacks the genuine pace setter which that race had but she does look an impressive type. The debut win was very similar to that of Kia Ora Koutou on debut and she could be on track for a crack at the WA Guineas. Could quite easily become my second pick behind Blackwood, a big call. I think she will prove too strong for an average bunch and appeals as one of the best on the card. Express Snooper is always around the mark but lacks a killer punch. Should get the softest of runs in transit and be the testing material. Not a lot of love for Impassioned but you've got to respect the Pike-Peters combo, they are simply awesome.

25,000 if correct is a catastrophe. From memory, demand had the market bouncing around 9,000 dwellings, high demand was anything less than that, but 14-16,000 was a glut. So if 25,000 is correct then that is the worst possible environment to talk about a major...

That is nothing but a story from a developer, it does not reflect the 14,500 dwellings currently listed with agents. There are apartments all around Belmont at every point of the compass and within two km's of the track that are struggling to sell. Some have ...

Can't see it happening due to an ever declining residential real estate market. Been saying this for two years and it is only getting worse.
