Pontiff Style

Selections

.

.

.

Malibu Style has been beaten a long neck by Liberty's Gem and a short head by First Among Equals two highly talented Simon Miller sprinters. Dropping back to 1000m with Paul Harvey in the saddle I think Malibu Style can bounce back to the winners circle. The speed will be electric with Fuld's Bet attempting to hold the fence from barrier 1, Madassa flying across for Casey, Flying Roar and Castle Retreat all among the first few in running, the Pontiff will be smoking the pipe midfield and unleash that electric burst of speed and I think will knock them off here. Fuld's Bet the big improver ridden for pace and the ever consistent Castle Retreat in for third.

Suggested Bet

.

$50 x $50

All bets represent a maximum confidence rating of $100 expenditure.

This may sound unbelievable but is what actually happened. The judges misread the number on the horse that came third (the colours as well) confusing 5 and 15. They ended up declaring them both 3rd, despite Blue Palace finishing near the rear of the field. Oh ...
