King can run but can the Queen?
Still wary about early season 2 year old betting, especially backing favourites however, this filly is the full sister to Rebel King and with two impressive 400m jump outs, blinkers added to racing gear and W.Pike in the saddle I'll go with her on debut. Probably would have preferred the 1000 to 1100m however if she can find the fence from her perfect barrier draw in 3 then should be very hard to beat. Rotana Beach chansed Rebel Queen in his latest trial and is another with blinkers added to gear on debut, by Northern Meteor out of a Redoute's Choice Mare in My Conclusion, should be race fit and hails from a very strong 2 year old yard, a definite danger to the favourite. The two Luciani runners will round out my selections, Black Cuban, half brother to Prete A Partir, trialled nicely and hopefully one to follow at odds and Snack Pack, luckless on debut and can improve sharply at his second race start.

Was annoyed that I missed getting on the quaddie as you often do, getting sidetracked on course, pretty easy after the first leg and paid nearly 10k.

I missed the $61 Octavius but I wasn't far from it plus handy novelties. Good to see others get a profitable result on the Pop Star.

Disposition the clear standout on the card, the riding on display today was ordinary at best.

I suppose when you look at it @mailman505 there was no incentive for EB to win prior to the weights being released for the Railway. Not a good look at all :-\" You know I actually thought this and ignored it! The only way she wins that race is if he tak...

Normally drawing the rails would be toxic for EB but today it was probably the difference between winning and losing. However, I still think she was a bit off her first up run.
