Luciani still chanting
Dion Luciani tasted his first group success last weekend with War Chant filly Chantski and this weekend steps out debutant War Tune, another of the 2 year old War Chant stock. Scratched from Wednesday to be saved for this, she is a half sister to super talented Kersley gelding Ihtsahymn. Luciani two year olds are typically well educated and perform on debut and from barrier 1 I expect this to be no different. Not an overly strong field and she can get us off to a nice start. Delicate Miss is a half sister to Dawn Approach and can improve on a luckless debut effort. Secret Doubt was an $85 000 yearling and has half brothers by Snitzel who sold for $200 000 and $220 000 and a half brother by Redoutes Choice who sold for $470 000. An expensive family, she was well supported on debut and should improve sharply.
