Will strip fitter second-up here, has only 53kg after Casey Hunter?s claim, and he looks the one here at a good price. Former outstanding juvenile (3) TRICHOLOGIST was unextended in his Albany 2/11 trial and looked to be quite fluent in his action, but he is returning from a bleeding attack and we think he could be susceptible first up. (1) TIGER PETE had encouraging metro form prior to his uncharacteristically poor performance in last Saturday?s Group 1 Winterbottom Stakes at Ascot. He would be far too good for these at his best but we think he?s a risk backing-up here. Former NSW-trained (5) NEVER CAN TELL has obvious ability but with no trial form it?s hard to get a guide on him at his WA debut, which is why we are leaning towards (2) DU PRINTEMPS as our fourth pick. He is in form and race fit.
