Sticking with my love ofthe Alfred Nobel stock and the favourite Danerip's Girl in the first. Couldn't quite hold out PTT Thunder Filly Essayez last start and that looks superior form to a lot of these, especially the debutants. Effort before that beaten 2.75 in the Gimcrack behind Chantski was excellent and she should give favourite backers a genuine sighting in the first. Neville Parnham's Alfred Nobel colt The Blue Nipper was hitting the line well in his trial, with the addition of blinkers and a gun barrier draw can be competitive at odds. Mulga hails from a strong juvenile stable and with W.Pike aboard is sure to be given every chance.

John Wheeler i think co-trained Veandercross when he came to Australia to race. But yes Chris Turner a school teacher did train Caulfield Cup, Melbourne Cup runner up Veandercross in New Zealand. In a strange quirk Veandercross died on Caulfield Cup day 2014 h...

My point is Rio has no clue. "then gets to the 600m mark and starts pulling it 3 wide and under the whip...for about 10 strides.....stops again, changes whip hand and then flails away for 150m like a meth addict having an epileptic fit... Carey you watched it ...

i watched it lots of times pb, and he rode it just like lc.jumped fairly.then moved up to the 2 leaders when he was never ever going to get a spot.belatedly realised it was not a smart move, so went back a bit.it was never going to be good enough in this, but ...

Rio you really do confirm you have NFI about how a horse travels. Horse had every chance. If it was unlucky it would not have got beaten over 6 lengths. By the way it might be an idea for u to watch the race and think again before writing your dribblethen gets...

you can't do more than win, but i reckon it may have been a bit closer with more pace.they probably went quicker in the previous race.i know that i am biased so maybe i see things sometimes that are not there.i just don't think rebel king was given much chance...
