have you seen the horses werrett has an interest in? all VERY good horses. one won a group race at randwick on sat. i do feel his demands on the ajc are somewhat excessive....i doubt i'd know 220 people well enough to invite them. if i was the ajc i…

Ditto. After last prep when stuffing knocked out of him first up in a '1600' (a 1400 on Heavy 10), then this. It's distasteful to pot trainers on forums, so I think I'll just say others would've managed this horse 'differently'. I would agree 100% …

Anyone see the request from BC owners for 220 members tickets to her next race? ha ha. Surely they dont get that pulling power even though it is their horse. God i thought there were enough of them on Friday night at Mooney Valley. All supposably c…

I thought luckygray was a fair run over 1200m at the valley. we need to see him at 1400m-1600m before we write him off. I think most ppl that know Western Australian horses agree this. Luckygray might go well fresh against out 2nd rate sprinters, bu…

Ye' of little faith. I'll be cheering on the WA horse, and smiling all the way :-h Oh dont worry im a Luckygray fan all the way. But the great mare is something to behold. I would be suprised if i saw anything as good as her again in my life time…

it was all over when she accepted her nomination!!!! Hope its a great trip mate...but got a feeling she is suited to the tight Moonee Valley track more so than the Grey one!!! I get the feeling she is more suited to any track than the grey (let alo…

that is bizarre DWP..been watching you posts - don't use it or follow the east coast much, but to think that hey can be that far off!?!?!?!!? .it is a free service isn't it??? yeah it is free but they speak with such confidence in their top picks, …

Mmm true it does seem a little silly to be taking on the great mare, but $150k for second place. And her races are usually sit and sprint races, because everyone is too scared to put a hot speed on and stretch her out. Small field, short sprint, equ…

Anyone see G.Boss ride on Shamal Wind in the 8th race at MORPHETTVILLE? 3/4 wide the whole trip and gets beaten not even half a length. Ouch. Connections surely a little p*ssed at that ride. Obvioulsy a good Jock but he knows how to ride a bad a rac…

This is what is wrong with Perth Racing at present. A iminent change is coming and everyone comes out of the wood work to knock it. Something major has to happen within Perth Racing to change the current situation. I went over to Flemington last Sa…

If he was injured, surely you put a line through that run? Too many people willing to bag him too quickly I reckon. Luckygray lapped 2nd rate horses first up here, on class alone. I gave him none in the Newmarket. He's a miler, don't write him of…

Barakey pulled a shoe in running, pulled up very lame i hear. Jimmy not a happy camper. Luckygray is not a sprinter, got majorly found out today when the real sprint was on for 3/4 of the race. Mr Moet huge considering how far back he was. WA a bit…

Who are these two clowns that do 'ticking all the boxes' clips? God i would be happier watching paint dry and then the grass grow than these two. They barely get tips right and the video is not exactly scripted or anything near decent. Let me know …

I'm tipping the Queenslander only 50kg plus C. Williams Obviously a talented horse, but beaten by Shafeeq only a month ago. If Shafeeq was in this race with 48kg, you reckon he would go close? Yeah didnt think so. Massive step up in class compared t…

Just saying...How much of a drip is Bob Peters? Gawd. I would have paid to see someone else interviewed after that race.
-
Some proven stayers (not proven as in class, but they can run the distance), in this race. Which Talent Show gives weight to. Nice run the other day, but i wouldnt be backing her.
-
A bit of a joke if you ask me. So they have virtually set the top weight at 58.5kg for Ortensia (before the mares allownace). Then worked there way down giving 0.5kg for every rating point less. Not exactly rocket science...... Pretty sure top wei…

Meh get over it. Shorte is good for WA racing, pacing, chasing industries. He promotes it well, and is vocal on the things he is passionate about. Give him a break. Plus he always gives people the time of day, some ppl in the industry just turn the…

A bit of a joke if you ask me. So they have virtually set the top weight at 58.5kg for Ortensia (before the mares allownace). Then worked there way down giving 0.5kg for every rating point less. Not exactly rocket science. Also saying this, they ar…

Little bit harsh giving him 58kg? Surely the top weight doesnt have to be 58kg, otherwise the weights should be more compressed to suit. Hay list carried 0.5kg more and he is a proven sprinter, who had a much higher rating than Luckygray at the time…
-
Funny one, on ratings Luckygray is highest rater at 111. Where Moment of change is second highest on 108. Last year Haylist was highest rated by about 10 points on 116 i believe and he gave Albert the Fat 2.0kg. You would have to assume the top weig…

How unlucky can you be? Shamal Wind doesnt play up and everyone jumps, happy race for everyone. After the run of the winner, god Barakey would donkey lick those horses. Shame he couldnt show them what he had. On a positive note, he cant get a penalt…

Will be interesting to see how Barakey goes against these more seasoned horses. He sure has some heart which was proven in the Winterbottom but hes giving horses like Spirit of Boom weight, which will be interesting. Anyone got any other thoughts o…

Anyone think Mr Moet can run a cheeky race? Small field should suit with his fresh legs and sprint first up. From the vault a little out of this league on ratings it seems. Im happy to Lay all too hard, yeah decent horse but he hasnt exactly been …

Anyone hear anything about the reason for the large price cut on Luckygray through the TAB? As of last Thursday he was $41, now cut to $14. Typo maybe by the young keyboard jock at TAB? I was devastated not to get on at $41, and $11 the place. Massi…

May seem like a stupid question, but is there a cut away at Pinjarra today? Im just listening over the wire less and didnt see the first race.
-
Haha im sure she has no fears after what she went through at Royal Ascot. I was more curious however about the weight BC would recieve, anyone know the maximum that can be given in the Newmarket? Haylist got 58kg for a gelding, but hes a few rating…
-
Depends on what weight they get as well i guess. I couldnt imagine Luckygray getting over 56kg, where barakey would have to be on the minimum or just above. Black Caviar wont go there as she would get top weight, which im guessing is 58kg for Mares…

Oh how i cant wait. What do we all love as punters? Winners! It will be interesting to see how he goes down the straight, many good horses have tried and failed. Hope Barakey and Luckygray can represent WA well, which i dont have many doubts on.

God give RIchy a break, hes obvioulsy not a keen thoroughbred caller as he is trots but you cant knock the guy for doing it. We all make mistakes in everyday life, its just that his everyday job is very public and easy to scrutinise. Exactly like …
